Application steps:
Step 1. Fill the application form further down on this page OR write us an email, showing your interest in our archaeology fieldwork programs;
Step 2. We'll get in touch with you, sending you a letter of confirmation including terms and conditions for participation, our obligations to all participants, and payment details for sending the application fee;
Step 3. You RESERVE A PLACE in the specified program session by paying the application fee;
Step 4. We confirm you have a RESERVED PLACE in the specified program;
Step 5. You have to arrange your travel to Sofia, Bulgaria on the specified date. We can assist you in all arrangements. It is advisable that you do this Step as soon as possible after previous step is completed;
Step 6. Around a month before your arrival we send you an Orientation guide with more info about the country, the places you will stay, prices in Bulgaria, etc. to help your travel arrangements;
Step 7. We meet you in Sofia. From this moment on it is our responsibility to make your stay a great and unforgettable time.
After you fill the form please, click Submit. We'll get in touch with you at the email you have provided in order to move to the next steps of your participation.
Please fill in all mandatory fields. The only optional fields are University/Organization and Comments. Any additional info you would like to share with us should be written in the Comments text area.
